Lease of any property requires completion of a rental application through Credit Referral Services. These applications are available in the office and can take 24 to 48 hours for a response. No responses can be obtained on weekends, so if you are in need of a rental please do not wait until it is time to move. The cost is $50 for each single adult or $70 for a married couple. Some owners are offering to reimburse a tenant for the cost of the application upon signing of a 1 year lease.
Property Management hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm excluding holidays when banks are closed. We can be available by appointment on Saturday's, but Sunday's are family day's only.
